Lori's Fitness Tips

"The Art of Play"

If you find yourself disengaged from your workout or if your workouts feel more like work than play, it's time for a change. Introduce an element of surprise and put things back in balance.

Connect the mind and the body to the more playful side.

To do that learn some functional exercises that encompass multiple muscle groups.

Schedule a "play date" with a personal trainer at Moving Parts.

Make it fun and shake it up!!
